The journey to create and maintain balance between caring for others, striving for "success", and showing up for myself is a necessary and delicate practice. I know my experience is not so unique, in fact, it seems to be the hamster wheel so many of us our on. Exploring ways to bring intentionality, safety, love, and accessibility to this practice is not just something I strive for personally, but it is the WHY behind my calling for serving our community. Sowing seeds for our collective blooming ya'll!

At Project Bloom, we believe that authenticity is the seed of every collective blossoming. As our Creative Director, I am the architect behind that vision. From crafting our visual DNA—including our color palette and brand identity—to managing our digital home, I ensure that every touchpoint reflects our commitment to luxury, self-care, and community. With a background in architecture and strategic advertising, I blend technical precision with creative intuition to design experiences that nurture the soul. I believe that when a brand’s visual story is told with kindness and compassion, the community truly begins to bloom.

Hiya, I'm Heidi! Being a yoga instructor and artist, I'm passionate about building community through healing movement and creativity. As a lifelong mover in various forms, I found yoga as a grounding, restorative practice after a climbing injury in 2020 and completed my teacher training at 110 Yoga in Raleigh, NC. If you take a class with me, you can expect a blend of creative vinyasa sequences, intentional cueing, accessible modifications, and thoughtfully curated playlists—balancing technical movement with spiritual depth. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, crafting, activities in nature, reading, writing, comedy, strong coffee, dancing in my kitchen and playing/cuddling with my Shiba Inu, Kobe. Can't wait to connect with y'all!
